"When Don was with Baltimore in 1954, he lost 20 games. Two years later with the Yankees, he blossomed into one of the finest hurlers in the American League. In 1955 he won 9 games and in 1956 posted an 11-5 mark. Don hurled a perfect game in the 1956 World Series.
