1960 Back-O'-The-Card: Zack Monroe

"Zack will be counted on to shoulder much of the load in the Yankees' assault on the 1960 pennant. A fast-baller with lots of baseball sense,  he started in baseball in 1952 and went to Binghamton after two years of military service. In 1956 he won 16 games and had 172 strikeouts at Binghamton and the following year posted the same number of victories at Denver."
